I had a wonderful week at Riu Palace Mexico, enjoying the beautiful beach and the amusing activities for kids. The service was really good, with staff like Leonardo and Raul going above and beyond. However, I encountered issues such as some seaweed on the beach and minor inconveniences with the room. Overall, I'd call it a great family vacation.

I just had an amazing stay at Riu Palace Mexico! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the service from the staff was great. I especially loved the variety of dining options and how accommodating everyone was. However, I did notice some issues with beach sellers and the noise at the pool, which was a bit overwhelming at times.
